Foot of lamp turned wood carved patina old nineteenth

The lamp base is in very good condition, no accidents, no misses. The electricity is perfectly operational, it has been completely reviewed. The brass socket will receive a bayonet bulb. There is on the socket a small ring that unscrews, and allows to hold the lampshade. The wire is equipped with a switch and a socket. It measures 1 meter 70 cm. The lamp base is made of solid turned wood, carved, very well made. The original patina is superb, with nuanced shades of light and dark gray, with irregular old gold mottling, and which sometimes reveals the wood. The wood has been completely waxed with natural beeswax to protect it, and for maintenance, it will be enough to rub it from time to time with a soft cloth. The lamp is sold without lampshade. Beautiful generous format, with a very slender design graceful and light. French regional craftsmanship of the second part of the nineteenth century.
