Magnificent vintage table lamp from the 50s-60s with a very elegant design, "saucer" or flattened globe style. The frosted glass diffuser (opaline) in a beautiful soft cream yellow allows a warm and subdued light to shine through. It is adorned with a superb zigzag golden trim (chevron pattern) that adds a refined Art Deco touch. The chrome metal base and the frame are period pieces and perfectly matched. The lamp has been carefully restored. The electrical system is completely new (wire, socket, switch) and meets current CE standards. It is ready to be used safely. Total height: 15 cm Diameter of the globe: 22 cm Perfect for a retro, mid-century, or Art Deco ambiance. It will fit well on a console, bedside table, desk, or in a vintage/chic interior.
