Large old vase signed in the style of T. Legras

This vase was given to me by a friend, around forty years ago. He got it from his in-laws. It is very heavy glass. Arums and their foliage are outlined by a gold line and filled with enamel or paint. The patterns are degraded in places but the borders are intact as well as the glass which has no cracks or chips. It is signed at
