Schoolmaster desk 1950 in solid oak

Beautiful piece of furniture from a primary school in normandy. This desk is made of solid oak and dates back the years. 50. It is in beautiful vintage condition. Stable and solid healthy furniture. It has been completely cleaned and refreshed. The golden oak wood has its original patina, there are some small spots. The tubular base has its original green paint that has patinated over time. The top was painted matt green and protected with a matte resistant varnish as well. At the bottom of drawers a geometric fabric of vintage inspiration has been applied. The drawers slide easily and all the locks work and have a key. Note, all these vintage furniture keep traces of their previous lives despite a long and careful renovation. See photos.
