Pichon Izès ceramic basket

Magnificent basket, ceramic / earthenware fruit bowl, woven, pink, signed Pichon Uzès. Late 19th century model, circa 1880-1890, handmade, French manufacture. Dimensions: height 10.5 cm, upper diameter 23 cm. Excellent condition, without chips. Iconic model, delicate weaving and finely placed flowers. Since 1802, the Pichon family has been passing down the tradition and excellence of ceramic art from father to son (Gard, Provence, South of France).
