Desk and its Scandinavian rosewood chair

Set consisting of a desk and a chair in rosewood, french work with scandinavian influence. The desk is composed of two boxes, with drawers and high niches, resting on 6 rectangular legs. The bottom of the desk can remain visible, so it could be used in the middle of the room. The two boxes are connected by a panel that is inserted into the boxes using dowels, the whole thing was reinforced by the previous owners by flat metal brackets underneath. The inside of the panel has been painted in bright mustard yellow, to recall the seat of the chair. The top has been sanded, then oiled. The general patina has been preserved on the whole, so defects may appear in places, marks and signs of wear in places (scratches, stains, and in particular a defect in the wood at the back). Please refer to the many photos. The chair that goes with the desk has a very nice look, the seat is quite "hard" since there is no foam on the seat.
