Superb bubble glass orangeade set, signed Verrerie de Biot. From the early decades of the famous glassworks founded in 1956 in the village of Biot, between Antibes and Nice, this set is an authentic testament to the French glassmaking expertise still perpetuated today. It consists of a large carafe, four matching glasses, and a bottle (which can be used as a pitcher or vase). The plum color, officially named amethyst by Biot, is one of the brand's iconic tones, still produced today. Its depth and warmth perfectly highlight the air bubbles trapped in the glass, characteristic of this unique artisanal technique. Each piece is mouth-blown, with its charming irregularities and bubbles that make the set unique and lively. This set includes attribution marks: a raised "Biot" stamp integrated directly into the glass mass on the carafe and a "Biot" signature engraved under the glasses. It is in very good condition. The bottle is offered to you because its stopper has traces of time that are difficult to remove (see last photo). Dimensions: Carafe: Ø 10 cm (at the widest) XH 21 cm (26 cm with stopper), approximately 1L Glasses: Ø 7 cm XH 8 cm (base Ø 5.5 cm) Bottle: Ø 10 cm XH 20 cm (25 cm with stopper), approximately 0.75L Ideal for lovers of old, vintage pieces with a handcrafted soul. The set will be carefully packaged. Fast delivery (insurance included).
