Globular vase and its tray-saucer in Quimper earthenware. Limited series model, handmade. Excellent condition. Like new. Rare piece of perfect quality. Very little edited model. Superb earthenware set made and sold by the famous Faïencerie d'Art Breton in Quimper, entirely sketched and decorated by hand and signed: - Large round tray-saucer in white ceramic with blue floral decoration "Glaz" reference number 485, signed Vg (initials of the painter who made the piece for the Faïencerie), in perfect condition, diameter 35.5 cm, height 3.7 cm. - Globular vase, in white ceramic with blue floral decoration "Glaz", reference number 765, signed lc, in perfect condition, height 30 cm base diameter 12 cm, neck diameter 16.7 cm, maximum ball diameter 29.4 cm. The enamel / glaze has no cracks or rubbing anywhere on either of the 2 pieces. The whiteness of the enameled earthenware has remained perfect. No yellowing, nothing is tarnished. The set is so well preserved that one could believe it to be new. Globular vases of this nature are often sold individually, but this one was presented as a set in the shop of the Quimper factory, where it was purchased. We are therefore selling it, in turn, as such to respect the initial wishes of those who created it. Shipping in a double-shell package: your vase and its tray are, first of all, packed in bubble wrap in a first box, itself in turn packed and protected with moving bubbles in a second, larger box.
