Round extendable dining table Skovby with butterfly extension in rosewood.

Rare extendable dining table, made by Skovby Møbelfabrik in Denmark in the 1960s. This vintage round table is made of rosewood (veneered and solid) with beautiful grain. In its round configuration, it can accommodate 4 people. Need more space? Thanks to its "butterfly" foldable top, it easily transforms into an oval table and can be stored inside. Its minimalist and timeless design features a slightly beveled top and round legs with harmonious lines. It shows signs of wear but is in overall good condition, with a few small marks on the veneer, particularly on the extension top; see photos. Dimensions: L 120 x W 120 x H 72 cm | Extendable up to 171 cm.
