This table has a funny name which evokes the garnished dark rye toast that the danes make for their lunch! The so-called smorrebrod table is very danish, from the 60s, it “raises and lowers”, adjustable to the desired height, in the living room in the low version, in the dining room in the high (and extendable) version, and therefore adaptable to cramped spaces.and this with style because its design is elegant: the top rounded at the corners is in teak veneer, the conical legs in solid oak are connected together by x-shaped spacers. The ingenious mechanism is easy to operate. Its success cannot be denied and it is not usurped, it is attractive, practical and original.
