Pair of sconces with frosted globes in louis xvi style from lucien gau, paris

Very beautiful pair of wall lights, with two arms of light, in louis XVI style, by the famous french bronze maker: lucien gau. Manufacturer from faubourg saint antoine, in paris. Manufactured in the second half of the 20th century. Bronze construction. Original gilding and patina, very good condition. Decorated with water leaves, scrolls and acanthus leaves. The globes, made of glass with a frosted and translucent effect, are in very good condition. They are electrified and tested. Original sockets for b22 bulb, but we will provide 4 adapters for e14 bulb. They are stamped on the back: lg, for lucien gau (see last photo).
