Does vintage design get any more iconic than this?! Set of 4 Space Age 'La Fonda' chairs (also known as 'DAL' chairs or 'Model 1730-1') in original orange upholstering by Ray & Charles Eames for Herman Miller. The name 'La Fonda' is derived from the Mexican restaurant in New York for which these chairs were originally designed. This is the early 1960's edition, with white painted, cast aluminum legs and fiberglass shell. Two of the chair still carry the original sticker.
