Charming pair of antique candle holders in silver metal depicting women in phrygian caps richly decorated. Circular tripod base forming rosettes and surmounted by friezes of flowers pushed back. The 2 rooms have a pretty hand-painted decoration of green color on the top of the base and on the bobèche. Quality cast iron with a nice carving on the detail of the two women wearing the phrygian cap. Note that the screw of a bobèche has been restored and carefully held by a bolt.
