An iconic design by Charlotte Perriand, this stool was created in the 1950s to furnish the ski resort of Méribel in the French Alps. This particular piece is an early edition, coming directly from the resort. The structure, made of ash, features four rounded legs connected by an X-shaped stretcher, supporting a curved seat made of straw. Seat height: 41 cm. Manufacturer: Steph Simon, from 1950.
