Massively imported in the late 19th and early 20th centuries for fine carpentry, pitch pine is distinguished by its tight grain, which is extremely graphic, and its natural richness in resin, giving it great durability. Carefully stripped to reveal the original beauty of the wood, it has been protected by a natural hard oil finish. This finish deeply nourishes the wood, enhances its warm honey hue, and ensures excellent resistance to moisture for bathroom use. The unit is topped with its original veined white marble surface, complete with its backsplash and moulded returns. The front drawer is enhanced by a white ceramic melon knob.
