Constructed with a broad shaped seat beneath a graceful hoop back and fine spindle work, this chair combines sculptural presence with the warmth and comfort associated with traditional English seating. Particularly striking is the dramatic figuring through the seat and arm rail, creating movement and depth across the timber surface. The softened finish and gentle irregularities speak to generations of use while retaining a quietly refined appearance.
