Remarkable marquetry work on the entire front of the furniture with several types of wood; mahogany, elm, elm burl, lemon tree. Rounded sideboard on the sides composed of 1 door and 3 drawers. 1 large door opening onto a large storage space fitted with a custom-made shelf to fit the rounded interior of the furniture. 3 drawers; 1 large framed by 2 small butterfly drawers, pretty gilded bronze handles, laurel wreath shape. Large white marble with beige/brown veins, 31 mm thick. Beveled mirror in a wooden frame with marquetry contours. Large bronze pediment representing a scallop shell and leaves, laurel braids, louis XVI style. Removable mirror. Front feet on bronze sabots. Beautiful furniture over a hundred years old in the louis XVI style, high quality marquetry. Furniture from a village house, stone house in the south of france, in lozère. In very good general condition, there are discreet lacks of materials, mainly on the lower band of the furniture, and nuances of color at the level of the feet, the lock is no longer functional.
