Tripod pencil leg stool

Charming tripod stool in solid wood with pencil-shaped legs, a shape found on the “shepherd” stool by charlotte perriand. It can also be used at the end of a sofa, bedside table or plant holder. It must date from the 60s or 70s. The seat is thick, the feet are threaded and screw directly into the seat. I cleaned it and simply rubbed a little walnut husk on the legs to unify the colors, the seat was left as is because I found it interesting to show the grain and knots of the wood. It is in good general condition, solid and stable, but shows the patina of time and use: small marks and scratches. This stool measures 37.5 cm in height, the seat measures 24 cm in diameter and is 3.5 cm thick. The base forms a triangle of approximately 30 cm on each side.
