Antique majolica barbotine set – tray and 4 small pots – Art Nouveau

Magnificent antique set in faience barbotine / majolica (Onnaing type), consisting of a large platter and four small pots of varying sizes. Very beautiful relief decoration in an Art Nouveau spirit, with a superb combination of burgundy, brown, and turquoise hues. The platter features a radiating geometric design enhanced with relief floral motifs. A particularly decorative and original set, ideal as a collector's item, for holding small objects, or simply for decoration. In good overall condition considering its age. The platter is very well preserved, with a possible very slight chip on one handle. The second pot has some chips on the upper rim, one of the small pots has a very small chip, and the largest also has a small chip at the base. See photos. Despite these minor signs of wear, the set remains truly beautiful and displays remarkably well. Dimensions: Platter with handles: 32 × 25 cm – height 2.5 cm. Large pot: H 10 cm – Ø 8 cm.
