Round Mid Century Modern dessert table in brass-plated metal 1970s

In this advertisement, you will find a refined serving trolley from the mid-20th century, distinguished by its elegant circular shape and highly functional design. The structure is made of polished brass, featuring a continuous arched handle that gracefully rises above the top surface, allowing for effortless mobility and adding a sculptural quality to the piece. The upper level incorporates a black moulded insert with regularly spaced circular compartments designed to securely hold glasses or small bottles, centred by a lidded compartment, ideal for ice, garnishes, or bar accessories. This thoughtful configuration transforms the trolley into a complete and self-sufficient service station. Below, a smoked glass shelf provides additional storage for bottles and bar accessories, visually lightening the composition while enhancing its layered transparency. The trolley rests on discreet wheels, ensuring smooth movement and great practicality. The combination of warm brass, dark accents, and smoked glass is emblematic of the sophisticated European design of bar accessories from the 1960s and 1970s, blending glamour and utility. A versatile and highly decorative piece, equally suited for entertaining or as a style accent in a modern interior.
