Coffee table in brass and smoked glass, Maria Pergay style, France 1970/80

Brass and tinted glass coffee table from the 70s/80s. A design as we like, this coffee table is truly original and will not leave anyone indifferent! The solid brass base attributed to Maria Pergay for her "gerbe" table model in the 60s. More sober and minimalist than the Pergay model, the one we offer you here is an Italian production of great finesse and quality. The solid brass is heavy and robust while offering soft and curved shapes. The beveled safety glass top is thin and tinted or "smoked". The set offers an exceptional rendering. As a coffee table or as a side table, this furniture will quickly find its place in an interior that loves authentic objects and design. Dimensions. Height 50cm. Sides 140x80cm. The set is very well preserved. No oxidation, we note slight scratches from use on the bottom of the legs and a mini tear on the edge of the top which is almost invisible once in place. See photos.
