The shape of the offered lamp shows some similarities with bergström's successful struten lamp. However, instead of a round conical shape, bergström has used an octagon as a starting point. Furthermore, this lamp is not made of plastic, but made of patinated copper. Hoglund's glass medallions, with imprinted motifs borrowed from nordic mythology, give the lamp a mystical character.
