Tall Sideboard U 459 By Jiri Jiroutek For Interier Praha, 1960s

Beautiful tall sideboard designed by Jiri Jiroutek for Interier Praha in Czechoslovakia in 1960s, original labels still attached. The sideboard consists of three parts. The bottom part is the U 459 sideboard with oak wood veneered finish. The left side has a cabinet with the plain doors on piano hindges which opens to a compartment with an adjustable shelf. Original working key and lock. The right side of has four original drawers with wooden fronts. The drawers are made of brown plastic, just as they were originally made. The middle part of the sideboard is the backside which holds the top part - the display cabinet with glass sliding doors and wooden shelfs. This is a fantastic piece. The piece has been refinished and restored. Only minor age patina visible. Beautiful item!
