Old desk / school bench (1920) in cast iron by Mark Breda Holland

DESCRIPTION: Relive your childhood with this beautiful antique desk/lectern. This desk dates back to around 1920. It features a typical design from that era, with a usual cast iron frame and a solid wood seat and tabletop. The desk in this set can be folded. The tabletop has space for a pen holder and a dip pen. Below the tabletop, there is still room for those important school books. The frame is marked "De Mark Breda" (I personally only find an office supplies company by that name). In any case, it is a beautiful nostalgic piece of furniture for anyone who loves to take a trip down memory lane. DIMENSIONS: Height: 76 cm. Seat height: 43 cm. Length: 95 cm. Depth: 100 cm. (Can be transported in two parts; the bench and the table are separate) CONDITION: Good condition but with signs of wear. One of the metal backs is broken, but it does not pose a problem (see the last photo).
