Thonet armchair N°6

Thonet armchair n°6. Very rare armchair. model present on the cover of the thonet catalog of 1859, then on the other catalogs under the n°6 until 1886. In 1888 its production was stopped due to the complexity of its manufacture (see in particular the details of the corners of the seat). Curved and tinted beech. The intaglio stamp and the model of the label under the seat of the armchair indicate a production between 1860 and 1888. The armchair is in good condition (especially the old canning) but has wormholes visible in the photos.
