Covered cassolette in Empire style, patinated bronze, India, 1960s-1980s.

Beautiful large covered cassolette in Empire style, made of patinated metal resembling bronze, vintage Indian production from the 1960s to 1980s. It features an elegant Médicis vase shape resting on a fluted pedestal and a square base, topped with a lid with a pine cone-shaped handle. Height 30cm with lid, 19cm without, with a maximum diameter of approximately 15-16 cm. In overall good condition with slight and harmonious wear, patina, superficial cleaning scratches, and small age-related stains. Original "Made in India" label under the base.
