[ SOLD ] Vintage wall lamp, model nx 164 by philips in 1964. Often attributed to designer louis kalff. A beautiful, timeless wall lamp in a combination of black lacquered metal and white opaline perspex lampshade. This is a relatively rare find, especially in this original condition. Features: materials: black painted aluminum and white plastic lampshade. Height: 17 cm / width: 28 cm / depth: 12 cm. Electricity: 2x e27 lamp with original porcelain fixtures. The lamp works! With cord and plug attached from the start. The lamp is equipped without a pull switch. There are holes in the back wall plate for easy wall mounting. This example comes from a restaurant where it provided ambient lighting for decades and is still in very good vintage condition. Has a few unobtrusive scratches (signs of use) and completely intact white tint, with no cracks or anything like that. A very elegant and rare vintage design wall lighting that suits many different interior styles. There are scratches on 1 corner of the black metal (seen up close); most people will call these normal signs of wear, befitting an item over 70 years old.
