Description
Superb curved louis XV period scriban chest of drawers in burl and marquetry of noble woods circa 1750 star decoration, frame and fillets. The delicately curved front opens with 5 drawers in 4 rows. The flap reveals a magnificent theater with eight cascading drawers, a secret trap door and pockets for parchment. Bronze trim on keyholes and pull handles. Work from eastern france, 18th century. Dimensions: h119x119x60.
