Ceramic incense burner from Safi Morocco

Charming ceramic censer from safi, moroccan city famous for its traditional pottery decorated with beautifully colored typical patterns. It is an original object, it serves as a receptacle to burn incense, thanks to its lid with openings. It must date from the 60s or 70s. It is in good general condition, neither crack nor shine but does not hide the marks of its age and use: small abrasions on the edge of the cup and on the lid, the enamelling is cracked on the foot, in the receptacle and on the lid. The lid looks less shiny, less varnished, I imagine it's the fact of incense smoke. It measures 17 cm in height with the lid, 10.5 cm in diameter (at the lid, 9.5 at the cut) and weighs about 450g.
