Napoleon III pendulum

Nineteenth style clock napoleon III in blackened wood with light wood marquetry. The mechanism does not look damaged but the clock does not work. It is marked "guardian and cheron" and bears the number 1086. The key to reassembling the mechanism is still there. The clock can be placed on its original base which was to accommodate a glass bell now disappeared. Traces of renovation are visible (gilding). The original finish of the hat does not have an impeccable lacquered appearance that it was originally supposed to present and notes some marks of time even if all the st looks good. I did not take into account the base in the dimensions. It measures 18 X 28 X 6 cm.
