Ceramic vase signed

Vase made by the famous couple of ceramists Robert and Gyn Auguste. H.26.5cm L.17cm Vase by the ceramist couple Robert and Gyn Auguste. Robert Auguste and Ginette Gausserand known as Gyn met at the end of the 1940s. They first opened a workshop in Vallauris. Then they moved to Millau and Pouzilhac where they opened a workshop-boutique. Success is there. Orders poured in, however Robert and Gyn, unable to see their craftsmanship solely as an article, always refused to engage in industrial production. Robert worked until his death in 1991 and Gyn until 2017 when the workshop closed. Each piece is unique, worked, thought out. Each piece is a work of art.
