This small lady's desk in rosewood and light wood marquetry is a true masterpiece of craftsmanship from the second half of the 19th century. Adorned with flower and leaf decorations, it opens with a flap covered inside with later red leather, delicately decorated with golden vignettes. The interior space is ingeniously arranged with three drawers and a reserve, offering a practical and elegant storage space. The top of the desk is decorated with an openwork and chiseled bronze gallery, adding a touch of sophistication and refinement.
