Oil on canvas. Italian school of the 18th century. In the middle of a rather arid coastal countryside, a small village dominated by an imposing and massive tower, perhaps a silo or an aqueduct. In the foreground, a shepherd is herding his cows. The work has already been restored and re-stretched. It is presented in a frame from the late 19th century.
