Description
Large pair of aztec/mayan figurine bookends. Origin/mesoamerica, zapotec civilization. Made of green-dominated stone composite enhanced with golden inclusions on the earrings and headdress. Anti-scratch red felt on the back and base. Very nice vintage item from the 60s/70s finely made, meticulously detailed and hand-carved by local craftsmen. Dimensions/height 19 cm. Width 13.5 cm. Depth 7.5 cm. Length X width base 10 X 7 cm. Net unit weight. 1 kg 500 or 3 kg in total. In tb state (red felt slightly altered by time. See photo).
