Small vintage cotton rug hand-woven and stencilled with cats and floral patterns in pastel colors in a naive style. Fringes at both ends. Produced by the american brand homemakers industries inc., this rug was part of the 1986 sloane stuart collection and was handmade in india, as shown on the label. Good vintage condition with some signs of age including discoloration on the underside and two stains on the front (see photos for details). Handwash only. Dimensions: 89 cm X 54 cm excluding fringes.
