Sardine fork - WMFN

Five-pronged fork – twisted handle ending in a fish figure, made of metal (see below) produced by the German company WMF – The WMFN mark found on the handle allows this piece to be dated between 1886 and 1903 and specifies the exact composition of the metal: "N" stands for Neusilber or Alpacca (=maillechort or German silver = copper, zinc, and nickel) Length: 14 cm. Also bears a diamond-shaped hallmark: master goldsmith "O"?.
