Mid-century chandelier designed by Erik Höglund for Boda Smide / Boda Glasbruk (Sweden, 1960s–1970s). It carries an original paper label from the Danish company Holm Sørensen & Co., which distributed Scandinavian lighting in the 1960s, but it is a documented Swedish Höglund design. The frame is hand-forged wrought iron with a matte black finish and six curved arms, each with a light holder. The central stem is a stack of three thick, hand-blown amber glass pieces with intentional air bubbles. Around it hang seven clear pressed glass medallions with relief motifs, a bit like old seals, and the light throws lovely soft patterns onto the walls. 6 lights (standard screw-in sockets hidden in the candle sleeves). Diameter 58 cm, height approx. 38 cm without chain. Very good working condition. No missing parts, no damage, no repairs.
