1960 folk art breton wooden chandelier with hand carved figures

A nice vintage french folk art mid century breton wooden chandelier with hand carved figures. The chandelier is made up of a central column from which hangs a wooden wheel with spindles. On the underside of the wheel is a red felt piece which shows through the spindles. On the top of the wheel sit six hand carved breton figures three men and three women, which have been carved with great attention to detail right down to their breton clogs. In between the figures hang six small glass and brass lanterns which hold the lights.the chandelier in great vintage condition with light marks associated with a used item of its age. It is working with french twin core wiring and takes 6 small screw in bulbs e14s. The chandelier will be partly dismantled for posting full reassembly instruction will be included.
