Slightly flared shape with an elevated wooden base and a fitted domed lid. Dense wickerwork featuring various weaving patterns and visible structural reinforcements. In Indonesia, many traditional baskets were used for purposes such as storing rice, transporting goods to the market, fishing equipment, offerings, or food preservation.
