Vintage vase signed Ramos, Vallauris, figurative ceramic, 1950s/60s. Superb glazed ceramic vase, signed Ramos Vallauris, dating from the 1950s-60s. This rare piece measures 39 cm in height and features a stylized black figurative design on a white background, in a very graphic style, evoking the influence of Picasso or artists of the Vallauris school such as Capron or Derval. The contrast of the glaze and the slightly crackled texture of the enamel give this piece a unique and expressive character. It is a beautiful representation of the craftsmanship of the Vallauris workshops during their golden age. The Ramos Vallauris signature is visible under the base. Authentic vintage piece.
