This glazed stoneware teapot, stamped “grès du morvan – petit massé”, embodies all the charm of peasant pottery reinterpreted by the artisan workshops of the 70s and 80s. Its spectacular turquoise green glaze, with almost volcanic drips, seems frozen in movement, contrasting subtly with a satiny anthracite gray base. It is a piece as decorative as it is functional, capable of serving steaming tea or simply creating a beautiful ambiance on a blond wood shelf or a farmhouse table. Made in petit massé, an emblematic place of the stoneware renaissance in the morvan, this teapot is typical of the rustic revival sought after today by lovers of characterful ceramics.
