Context: the people photographed have not been identified but the intensity of the gazes and the composition, with this unveiled woman in the center who captures the attention, in her absolute distress and determination, command attention. Active in the 60s and 70s, the cisnu brought together opposition to the shah of iran, mainly in germany, england and france.
