Teak table, norway 1960s/70s, vintage, mid-c modern

The coffee table/sewing box table was produced in norway in the 1960s/70s. Finished in teak veneer with solid teak edging and legs. Under the tabletop there is a pull-out drawer with compartments, perfect for sewing accessories or other trinkets. On the other hand, a beautiful, roomy "basket" slides out from under the counter, finished with teak veneer strips glued to fabric and stitched with cotton thread. Additionally, the corners of the basket are finished with brass strips. The furniture has been cleaned, cosmeticed and protected with hard wax oil that is resistant to dirt and water. Niciak is simply charming and ready to be placed in your apartment, studio or workshop.
