Pair of Art Nouveau chairs, 1920s

Pair of charming chairs, in good condition. The rear part of the structure is rounded, the seat with its ergonomic profile is decorated with a pattern that was often found on chairs of this era. It is assumed that they were part of a collection of dining room chairs. Today you can easily mix them with a set of mismatched chairs around your table. Their curved spindle feet give them elegance. They are well proportioned, stable and comfortable. The design of one of them has faded a little over the last 100 years. Their finishes are remarkable, a true work of craftsmanship. We can also imagine them in an office or a bedroom.
