Very rare wall lamp by kazuhide takahama for sirrah, model kai. Designed and manufactured in italy, circa the 1970s. Mollusc shaped molded opaline glass shells make up the entire body of these contemporary sconces. You can mount these with a point up or point down approach. Takahama designed a series of lamps first in opaline glass, later models in metal or acrylic. These glass lamps kai are not seen often. The lamps are sold individually, 3 available.
