Dark wood Lorraine chair - 18th century

Eighteenth-century Lorraine chair made of solid dark wood, featuring a two-barred backrest with a concave upper bar, a trapezoidal seat with rounded corners, and four square legs connected by four square stretchers. Four polylobed boards decorate the underside of the seat. Sturdy and stable, this chair has an era restoration on one leg with a studded metal plate that does not detract from its solidity and adds to its charm.
