1960’s Hans Wegner Model 258 sofa day bed For Getama

An original model 258 daybed, a design classic designed by Hans Wegner and produced By Danish company Getama, during the swinging 60's. A versatile item that serves as a sofa or converts to a single guest bed by moving the backrest. Cleverly, there is also ample space behind the backrest to store your duvet, pillows, blankets and sheets. The sofa has a solid beech frame with firm cushion, the upholstery is the original pink and blue woollen fabric. Measurements: Width 206cm Depth 89cm Height 67cm Condition: Very good vintage condition. Signs of wear consistent with age and use. Small scratch to the side of the sofa as the photos display but fabric is in excellent condition. The underside of the fabric does have very slight damage as the photos display.
