Bistro stool, curved wood by Stella, circa 1950s

Vintage mid-century "model #1" stool by stella, france, 1950s. The piece is made of beech, with a beautiful bentwood design (see photos.) the piece is in very good condition, original and vintage, with light marks, signs of age and previous use commensurate with time, as well as a patina of time, on the overall structure, the seat, and under the seat (see photos.) small discolored areas of colors/marks of time, on the seat, (see photos.) there are no cracks or chips on the curved wood. It has only been gently cleaned, respecting the original patina of time. A maker's mark is present (see photo.). All photos are taken in natural outdoor light, so colors may vary depending on brightness, angles and perspective in which they are viewed.
