Dining table with a star-shaped six-legged base by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen.

Here is a table that is a true classic of design. Top in laminated beech with a satin-polished aluminium base with six legs and a satin-chromed steel column. Arne Jacobson began working with the publisher Fritz Hansen in 1932, designing over three decades a large number of chairs, armchairs, and other furniture, which are now considered icons of Danish design. This A825 dining table model was designed in 1968 and is still on sale today. (See the last photo extracted from the current Fritz Hansen catalogue). Some signs of use on the top and the leg. Very good condition. Square top with very rounded corners (older version of the top shape). It is also possible to change the top and screw the patina onto another top. 6 people can dine around this table. Diameter of the star base: 83 cm. Free delivery in Paris and nearby suburbs. Shipping on request for other destinations.
