Mid century glass & iron ring wall light/ sconce from limburg, germany, 1960s

Stunning and rare mid-century modern wall lamp/sconce by limburg (germany, 1960s). Black round "iron" rings inlaid in thick hand blown clear glass. Minimal & geometric design and high quality craftsmanship. Casts a wonderful light (see pictures). Cleaned, re-wired and ready to use (compatible in europe, uk, us, etc.). Requires one e27 light bulb, max 100 w. Led compatible. Original sticker intact (model 2716). Height: 20.5 cm; width: 15.5 cm; depth 11 cm. Excellent vintage condition. Limburg manufactured many lamps which became design classics, such as the famous bubble glass lighting by helena tynell.
